Sankaku Companions Are The Friends You Need!

Putting inferior meat-based friends to shame in every way that counts, Sankaku Companions allow anyone to freely chat – with text or voice – with original AI creations and their favorite characters from established franchises, who can even respond using the very voice of their original seiyuu and chat amongst themselves in any scenario the imagination can conceive.

The service allows the creation of “Companions”, whether they be based on existing anime/game characters or entirely original, and users can fully customise their appearance, characteristics, personality, boundaries, and other details.

They can also be placed into custom scenarios, and both humans and AI can engage in group chats where everyone can come together for even more fun.

Boundaries can also be set for Companions – lines they will never cross. “Universal boundaries” (visible during Companion creation) can also be turned off if the user has a premium account.

Enabling the “emote” upgrade allows role-playing style interactions with *actions* performed on or by the Companion in question:

Should Companion behavior be inadequate, making adjustments to their profile or even cloning Companions for any divergence desired is a simple task.

Companions do have limited memory, meaning they may struggle to recall the details of longer interactions. However, users can permanently upgrade their favorite Companions’ cognitive faculties, expanding their memory to a greater degree.

There is also the “Interaction Summary,” where users can summarise recent events to help the Companion remember certain events better:

This can also be left to the system AI, which will create its own summary of events.

Clicking the cog icon while chatting with a companion will bring up “advanced settings,” per-Companion upgrades which can enabled or disabled at will once added:

The Image Creation advanced setting allows the Companion to send the user pictures when asked (or when the situation calls for it), which of course includes the Companion sending pictures of themselves.

The Intelligence Enhancement advanced setting, allows the Companion to have a larger memory, allowing for longer and more in-depth conversations.

Each Companion can also speak using a user selected voice. By providing a suitable voice sample (or using one other users provided), users can apply a cloned voice pattern to their Companions that will read out their messages. Users can also speak to their Companions using their own voice.

Interactions can also be saved in the form of “memories” and then shared with others. Users can also enjoy other users’ publicly available memories, and launch interactions based on these memories.

Companions can be made publicly available, kept private, or cloned from a public Companion into a private variation. Here are only some of the Companions available for use:

The basic features of Sankaku Companions are completely free, but free members will only be able to interact with their Companions for a certain amount of messages per day due to the demanding nature of this AI. A Plus or Infinite membership is required for completely unlimited interaction.
